The function of the CIP system is to automatically clean the surface of all the products. The cleaning objects include the inner wall of the tank, the inner wall of the pipe, the inner wall of the liquid cylinder and the other liquid channels.
CIP system is usually made up of cleaning liquid storage tank, acid-base adding device, heater, process pump and reflux pump, as well as pipeline and steam valve group.
The key process parameters of CIP system are cleaning fluid type, concentration, temperature and flow rate. The lye is usually heated by NaOH or acid, usually with nitric acid or phosphoric acid at 1-3%, and the flow rate is between 1.5-3m/s.
There are usually three tanks for cleaning fluid: acid tank, alkali tank and hot water tank. According to the different objects of cleaning, it can be divided into single loop, double loop, multi loop, etc.
In automatic CIP system, the metering and adding of concentrated acid and alkali, the temperature of cleaning fluid are all controlled automatically, and the cleaning procedure is also executed after the setting of the rear brake.
